How we work

This portal works exclusively with the official versions of statutes and regulations and with manufacturer data sheets. Every value cites section or article.

• Official version: German statutes from gesetze-im-internet.de, EU law from EUR-Lex.
• Wording before interpretation: where we interpret, we mark it with "What that means".
• No forecasts: no estimates of fund outflow, project costs or returns.

Transparency note: this portal is edited, but it is not independent. Its operator has commercial ties to providers of investments in containers, swap bodies and freight wagons. Nothing here is investment advice or an offer. Operator details are in the imprint.
